women leaders, authenticity, leadership, women

No matter where you’re from, it gets lonely when you are a female in a leadership role and/or in a male-dominated industry. That’s why we are excited to announce that WOTW now offers our popular Leadership Forum in Asia. This monthly peer forum addresses pressing issues, educates women on how to leverage their influence, and helps them align their career with what is purposeful to them.

When we launched Forum last year, we knew it would be powerful but the impact it had on women really took us by storm. We saw how important it was for women leaders to participate in a forum that brought  women together. We also saw women leaders thrive when they began to align with their authentic selves and focus on their whole selves – mind, body, spirit and career.

As women, being with like–minded peers is important. These women become part of your personal board of advisors and really make a difference in how you feel about your work and your success. As we experienced this, we decided it was time to grow to another region. Having lived and worked in Singapore, I also knew the power of localizing a program and making it relevant to the region. That’s why the WOTW Leadership Forum Asia will be customized for women in that region. Each month we will come together with our groups to utilize a structured approach to constructive dialogue around member-raised issues. This method will drive rich conversation, accountability, and results, making the sessions valuable beyond measure.

In addition, we will be conducting executive network development so that women leaders can nurture constructive relationships with women at their same level of experience, from different industries.

We’ll also have facilitated constructive discussion, so the women in the group will have a platform to raise questions and issues and receive informed perspectives to assist in decision making and situational navigation. They can think of it as their own personal advisory board.

There are many other benefits to our Forum programs and we hope that as a leader, you or some of the women on your team will participate.
