The combination of the two entities expands the reach of both companies’ transformative leadership development programs to women around the world.

This year’s IWD theme is “Break the Bias” and The McGuckin Group challenges leaders to imagine a world free of bias, stereotypes and discrimination.
The two companies will publicly join for the first time at the annual Key Women’s Leadership Forum Summit in Tampa later this month. The McGuckin Group, based in St. Petersburg, has acquired Key Associates, Inc., a longtime executive talent development firm based in Tampa. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Longtime executive Mary Key, who founded Key Associates, a leadership development organization that offers forums and executive coaching to businesswomen, is handing over the reins to The McGuckin Group.
