AUDREY MCGUCKIN

Audrey is the founder of Women On Their Way and the McGuckin Group. With decades of experience founder Audrey McGuckin developed a unique methodology, The McGuckin Method (TM), that designs and delivers long-term talent planning to ensure the alignment of people, process and culture with their business strategies.

With this methodology as the foundation, Women On Their Way takes both bottom-up and top-down approaches to cultivate female leadership and help individuals identify their ambitions and improve their capabilities.

With the World Economic Forum estimating it could take as long as 131 years to close the gender gap, Audrey's big dream is to shave fifty years from that timeline by creating space for women leaders to talk about what has their attention.

Audrey has a house mantra of "always speak the truth" and a personal purpose to leave the world a better place by creating "Aha Moments" for those who's lives she's touched. Because of this her clients count on her and her team's honest appraisal, deep expertise, and encouraging guidance to help them make the right decisions for themselves and their organizations
